Everyone! I style NZ believes that every Kiwi has the right to feel good and look good. Our service is for everyone, regardless of age, size, occupation or ethnicity, including:

Do you have a certain style that you get all your clients to follow?
No, every client is unique, and the recommendations we make are tailor-made for you and you alone.

I’ve already had my colours done. Do I need to get them done again?
No: if you’ve had your colours done through another company, and providing that you’re happy and comfortable with the season they have put you in, there is no reason to have this service again. I Style NZ can offer you other services so you can carry on with your style journey.

Do I have to use all your services? What if I want to have a personal shopper but don’t want to have my colours done or my style analysed?
This is not recommended because there are so many styles available, shopping without knowing your colours and styles that suit you can be very difficult and not as beneficial. If you have had your colours done and your style analysed with another company and would just like to go shopping, this is fine.

Where do you take clients personal shopping? (location/stores)
Together we’ll work out the best shops to shop at depending on your style and budget. Most commonly we will be based at St Lukes or Newmarket, Auckland. These both have a wide variety of shops for us to work with.

Is there a minimum budget for the personal shopping service? How much should I have available to spend?
No, there is no minimum budget needed to go shopping with. That is purely up to you!

Can I lay-by I Style NZ’s services?
Yes, payment arrangements can be organised upon request. However all payments must be paid in full before having the service.

Do you have gift vouchers available?
Yes, absolutely! These can be for specific services, or for a dollar value. Please contact us to arrange the gift vouchers.
